Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 - .NET 3.0 is required for Civil 3D 2009, but the install fails as part of many deployments. This link provides an installer for the most recent .NET Framework as a separate install. Installing this before running deployments will often allow them to run successfully.

NVIDIA Powerdraft Driver - Latest driver for NVIDIA Quadro FX graphics cards. Extract the files from the .exe and copy to the /DRV folder below Civil 3D or any other AutoCAD vertical product. Use 3DCONFIG to select the NVIDIA OpenGL or Direct3D driver.
